The Office of Micro-Credentials works with national and international partners to advance innovation, quality, and interoperability in micro-credentials. Through strategic collaborations, research initiatives, and capacity-building projects, we contribute to the development of trusted learning ecosystems that support lifelong learning, employability, and skills recognition.

- Vocational Qualifications Authority (VQA/MYK) – qualifications frameworks and recognition
- Turkish Education Association (TED) and Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) – access, inclusion, and student support
- Ministry of National Education (MoNE) and TÜBİTAK – educational innovation and research collaboration
- Ministry of Industry and Technology – institutional member of the Digital Badge Platform since 26 February 2025
- Public institutions and local governments – collaborative projects supporting lifelong learning and community engagement
International Networks
The Office actively contributes to international initiatives that promote trusted digital credentials, lifelong learning, and skills recognition.
- Digital Credentials Commons (DCC) – member alongside leading universities including MIT, Harvard University, TU Delft, UC Berkeley, and other international institutions
- UNESCO – lifelong learning and skills ecosystems
- Manchester Metropolitan University – personalised learning and skills recognition
- Global Skills Tracker – skills visibility and data-informed skills intelligence
- University of Ljubljana – pilot collaboration on a micro-credential platform within the Turkish higher education context
- CEDEFOP and EAQUALS – European collaboration on lifelong learning, quality assurance, and skills development
